How long does delivery take?

COVID-19 Update (revised 12/05/20): Due to a combination of extremely high demand and operating with minimal staff, we are experiencing delays in despatching orders. Orders, regardless of delivery speed chosen, are currently leaving our premises as follows:

  • Orders before 9am on Monday – despatched on Friday
  • Orders before 9am on Tuesday – despatched on Saturday
  • Orders before 9am on Wednesday – despatched on Monday
  • Orders before 9am on Thursday – despatched on Tuesday
  • Orders before 9am on Friday – despatched on Wednesday
  • Orders before 9am on Saturday – despatched on Thursday
  • Orders before 9am on Sunday – despatched on Friday

We reserve the right to change the schedule above without giving notice.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email the evening before the despatch day however, your order will not be collected from us by Royal Mail until the following morning. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR AUTOMATED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL MAY GO TO YOUR JUNK OR SPAM FOLDER. Once your order is despatched, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your order in line with the timeframes provided below however, there are lengthy delays of over 2 weeks in certain parts of the country as Royal Mail contend with delivering unprecedented numbers of parcels, whilst operating with a reduced workforce.

Please note that the majority of customers are currently choosing our faster delivery option. As a result this doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll be able to despatch your order quicker as we’re working on a first come first serve basis. It does mean however it should go through Royal Mail’s network quicker than our standard postage option. 

We politely ask that you remain patient and allow 10 working days from receiving your shipping confirmation email (which may be in your junk folder) to pass before contacting us with delivery enquires. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that the term “working day” means Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). In addition, the Royal Mail guideline delivery times given below start from the date of despatch, not the date your order was placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when your item has been despatched. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

All our prices include free standard delivery. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order in 2 working days, with the minority in 3 working days. This timeframe is a guideline only and is not guaranteed. 

Need your item quicker? Upgrade to faster delivery at checkout and your item will be sent using Royal Mail 24. Royal Mail will aim to deliver these orders the next working day, with the minority in 2 working days. This timeframe is a guideline only and is not guaranteed.

Remember, your postie will most likely deliver your parcel separate from your normal mail therefore please allow until the end of your expected delivery day for your parcel to arrive.
