How long does delivery take?

COVID-19 Update: It’s currently business as usual at Muddlebox HQ and orders are leaving our premises in line with our despatch times outlined below. However, due to temporary reduced opening hours at our local Post Office, Royal Mail have brought forward their last collection time. As a result, we occasionally may not be able to make this deadline and Royal Mail will collect your order from our local Post Office the next working day instead. In addition, Royal Mail are facing delays in certain parts of the country. These delays are completely outside of our control and are a result of the exceptional circumstances we all find ourselves in. We therefore politely ask that you remain patient and allow 5 working days from receiving your shipping confirmation email to pass before contacting us.

Please note that the term “working day” means Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). In addition, the Royal Mail guideline delivery times given below start from the date of despatch, not the date your order was placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when your item has been despatched. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

Orders placed on a working day before 9am are usually despatched that very day however, this is not guaranteed. As a result, orders not despatched the same day and orders received after 9am will be despatched the following working day.

All our prices include free standard delivery. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order in 2 working days, with the minority in 3 working days. This timeframe is a guideline only and is not guaranteed.

Need your item quicker? Upgrade to faster delivery at checkout and your item will be sent using Royal Mail 24. Royal Mail will aim to deliver these orders the next working day, with the minority in 2 working days. This timeframe is a guideline only and is not guaranteed.

Remember, your postie will most likely deliver your parcel separate from your normal mail therefore please allow until the end of your expected delivery day for your parcel to arrive.

Please note that delivery make take longer during busy periods such as in the lead up to Christmas.
