• 60ml Coconut Rum
  • 15ml Grenadine

  • 90ml Pineapple Juice

In a mixing glass combine the coconut rum and pineapple juice and stir. In a separate mixing glass combine the blue curacao and water and stir. Pour the grenadine into your highball glass and then fill this glass with crushed ice. This is important as the crushed ice helps slow down the liquid to enable the layering. Slowly pour the coconut rum/pineapple juice mixture over the ice, followed by the blue curacao/water mixture.
