Place 5 ice cubes in a shaker and add the tequila, creme de cassis, Peychaud Bitters and lime juice. Give them a good shake. Place a large handful of ice in your glass and pour the contents of the shaker over the ice. Top up with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime and some blueberries or blackcurrants.
